Solid mechanics recommended to me by a family friend. I “broke up” with my dealership and their free loaner service perk after I met Budd & Co. That says a lot about the acumen Mike, Jordan and team bring to the table; they stepped forward to inform me of a critical safety issue with my SUV that was not brought to my attention by my dealership. No free loaner car can make up for the serious risk of injury to myself, my passengers and my Vizslas that my dealership allowed. Ironically, I bought my SUV specifically to ensure the safety of me, my passengers and my Vizslas (but chiefly my Vizslas). Learning this entire premise was nearly upended through unnecessary exposure to catastrophic consequences during freeway travel was all it took for me to Dear John my dealership forever. I subsequently discovered my dealership was not only aware of the issue, they specifically didn’t road test their last repairs because of it, while failing to warn me when accepting payment for their work. All I received were my keys and instruction for where in their parking lot out back my SUV was awaiting pick up. This has given me every reason I ever needed to move away from corporate interests serving my vehicle and bring my business instead to the small business that Mike and his team work hard every day to represent as the best their industry can be.
