Just had my '08 Civic serviced following a sudden flat tire. Budd and Company did their usual competent work. It's a relief to turn my car over knowing that those who work on it are honest and have integrity. Their service charges are completely fair and in line with industry standards.

I ran over a pothole and needed some extensive suspension repairs. I took it to Budd’s as it was close to my house and had excellent reviews. I trusted my truck to them not knowing much more than that. I could not have had a better experience. My truck runs great now and the total cost was actually less than I was quoted initially. In life you only need 2 maybe 3 good people to have in your pocket...a good doctor, a good mechanic, and maybe a good lawyer.

Solid mechanics recommended to me by a family friend. I “broke up” with my dealership and their free loaner service perk after I met Budd & Co. That says a lot about the acumen Mike, Jordan and team bring to the table; they stepped forward to inform me of a critical safety issue with my SUV that was not brought to my attention by my dealership. No free loaner car can make up for the serious risk of injury to myself, my passengers and my Vizslas that my dealership allowed. Ironically, I bought my SUV specifically to ensure the safety of me, my passengers and my Vizslas (but chiefly my Vizslas). Learning this entire premise was nearly upended through unnecessary exposure to catastrophic consequences during freeway travel was all it took for me to Dear John my dealership forever. I subsequently discovered my dealership was not only aware of the issue, they specifically didn’t road test their last repairs because of it, while failing to warn me when accepting payment for their work. All I received were my keys and instruction for where in their parking lot out back my SUV was awaiting pick up. This has given me every reason I ever needed to move away from corporate interests serving my vehicle and bring my business instead to the small business that Mike and his team work hard every day to represent as the best their industry can be. Bravo to Budd & Co! Enormously grateful to have found you!

I would consider this place my go-to. These are the guys I trust to fix my car to tell me when something needs to be replaced vs. it can go on for a bit longer. They are upfront about status. The price is competitive, but mostly I have a sense of being safe in my car after going there and that means a lot. Not only that, but they are a good group of guys. I like interacting with them. Really appreciate having this place as an option.
