I had a problem with my vehicle two days before Thanksgiving and was told that they might not be able to get to look at it until Monday, but to bring it down anyway and they might be able to get to it. Not only did they figure out my problem later that afternoon, my car was going to be ready the next day. I loved the fact that they were honest about expectations of service delivery and actually exceeded their own estimates. They were transparent with prices and I got great piece of mind. I will use them again and they have gained a repeat customer. Thank you and great job for not overpromising and coming through above and beyond for a new customer. This is how customer service should be performed at all levels.
